v9.2 [Jun 3, 2015]
- Loan Estimate. The calculation of the Final Payment amount on the Loan Estimate was corrected to exclude mortgage insurance and the escrow payment, and to correctly round the value.
- Closing Disclosure. On page 4 of the Closing Disclosure, the logic for how the Escrow Account check boxes are selected was fixed so that the correct check box is selected to indicate whether the loan has an escrow account.
- Services/Interface. Title fees from the dropdown lists in section 4, Title Services and Lender’s Title Insurance, on the Fees Worksheet now export correctly in the MISMO 2.6 export.
- INK-it. A Send as one PDF check box was added to the INK-it dialog box so users can combine multiple documents into one PDF file when sending borrower signature packages.

General Updates
- Added Closing Cost Fund type descriptions to Banker > Shipping > ULDD section > Closing Costs > Type - Equity On Subject Property, Life Insurance Cash Value, Lot Equity, Rent With Option To Purchase, Retirement Funds, Sale Of Chattel, Stocks And Bonds, Trade Funds
- ARM Disclosure screen and form were updated to expand the Interest rate and payment changes section
- Added 4 amount fields 1104, 1105, 1106, and 1107 to the right of Source Dropdown fields under Banker > Shipping > ULDD section > Closing Costs. Copied and added the read only field 820 Total Cost-to-Close from 1003 application page 4, Section VII just above the 4 new fields for the purpose of comparison and confirmation the Total is in agreement with the values below
- Added field in Point for Fannie ULDD standards update data export - # 1108 Number of Months Reserves All Borrowers - Shipping screen > ULDD Section. Between the borrower and down payments sections
- Added field in Point for Fannie ULDD standards update data export - # 1109 Number of Mortgage Properties - Shipping screen > ULDD Section. Between the borrower and down payments sections
- Updated HOEPA counselor list text box. This screen is Under Forms list and shortcut tool bar. The text entry has been fixed to wrap on right margin properly. Also, fixed page 2 continuation page to eliminate the repeated header text and extra white space at top
- Right To Receive appraisal form has been updated to remove Acknowledgement C-9 verbiage located on the Print Preview form list.
- Added a form called Appraisal Acknowledgement that will have the C-9 verbiage "We may order an appraisal....." Located on Print Preview form list
- Fixed data sync so that when doing a 1st & 2nd lien using more than one borrower the Co-Borrower, Name, Social Security number, Income, and Birthdate are not overwritten by the same data from like fields already in other Borrower screen when clicking between 1st and 2nd with buttons under left navigation panel.
- Updated verbiage under Interest Rate and Payment to show properly when choosing USDA product - (was) : Includes Mortgage Insurance (now) : Includes USDA Annual Fee
- Added separate appraisal disclosures one = Right to Receive Appraisal & two = Appraisal Acknowledgment

Services and Interfaces
- Added Paid To Affiliate under escrow element in MISMO 2.6 Closing export field exists - Banker > Shipping > field ID # 14114
- Added Servicer ID number to MISMO 2.6 export data for interface vendors like Doc services
- Added import of Loan Credits data to MISMO import. The loan level credits in Section 2 of the Fees Worksheet were supported in the MISMO Calyx Closing 2.6 data for export but not import in 9.0
- Added Paid-By split amounts to MISMO closing export for both QM and other interfaces
- Updated the web interface import from the Lender and Interface menus (WebConnect) to accept UAD formatted appraisal documents
- Corrected Fannie Mae 3.2 export of Other Income from Application page 2 Section V. Describe Other Income section. It can now express negative amounts for proper export to QM
- Added MI Company name to Fannie 3.2 export for DO/DU interface. This data comes from field 463 Banker > Closing Docs > Loan Program Info
- ULDD export content was updated to meet Freddie Mac's 8/25/14 deadline. ULDD export feature in Point under main Tool bar > File Menu > Export To dropdown

v9.0 [Dec 30, 2008]
Point 9.0 features a "QM" button that provides detailed findings reports powered by the Calyx LoanScoreCard™ findings engine. The report includes an overall QM/Non-QM decision, individual Pass/Fail assessments for each QM requirement and a detailed "Points & Fees" analysis along with relevant messaging.
Point 9.0 SP1 takes QM preparation one step further with modifications and field additions required for QM compliance.
The "Undiscounted Rate" field on the Loan Program Information screen has been renamed to "Comparable Par Rate" and added to the Fees Worksheet
The "Paid to" dropdown list now has "Affiliate" as an option
In addition, Point 9.0 SP1 includes modifications and updates to multiple screens and calculations updates to keep your business moving forward with efficiency and compliance.

This latest release also provides updates to the forms and screens you need for federal and local compliance.

v7.6 [Apr 19, 2012]
New Functionality:
- Created a Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) screen that enables the delivery of Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) files to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Created a Regulator Connect Report to aid in the submission of e-Exam data to State auditors.
- Added eDisclosure functionality that enables the automated delivery of disclosures to the borrower via WebCaster*. This feature will be enabled in the next WebCaster release scheduled for 5/10/2012.

Forms:
- Updated the 4506 and 4506-T tax forms to be compliant with the latest IRS version.
- Updated the W9 tax form to be compliant with latest the IRS version. Provided a co-borrower version of the form.
- Updated the 8821 tax form to be compliant with latest the IRS version.
- Corrected the text in the TX Residential Mortgage Loan Originator Disclosure.
- Updated the Notice of Withdrawn Application and ARM disclosure (Initial) to correct typographical errors.
- Corrected the Itemization of Amount Financed to show the Loan discount fee in AMOUNT PAID ON YOUR ACCOUNT section when marked as PFC.
- Updated the Brokerage Business Contract to be compliant with the Loan Originator compensation rules.
- Corrected the Florida Mortgage Brokerage Agreement to prevent the ARM section from being populated for fixed rate loans.
- Updated the MLDS 883 - page 2 to prevent dollar signs printing in the Priority column.
- Corrected the Privacy Policy Disclosure to enable the website to be printed in the Questions section on page 1.
- Updated the print and print preview forms list so that the Notice of Action Taken displays in alphabetical order.
TIL:
- The disclosure of Escrow payments in the Interest rate and Payment Summary table are independent of “Loan does not have an escrow account” on the GFE.
- Updated the APR warning message.
- Extra payments are taken into account when calculating mortgage insurance.
Printing:
- Custom forms can be saved to PDF files without error when password protection is selected.
- Forms can be saved as PDF to a long folder path without error.
- Forms print correctly when the Privacy Policy Disclosure form is part of a Print Group.
- Print preview shows an accurate representation of the custom form selected.
HUD-1A:
- Principal box in the "Your initial monthly amount owed for principal, interest and any mortgage insurance is:" section is checked for fixed interest loans.
Fees worksheet:
- All calculated fields are recalculated after a closing cost scenario is applied.
Services and Interfaces:
- Closing Docs Response documents can be viewed without error.
- Section 7 of the Fees Worksheet is populated correctly when a MISMO 2.6 file with WebConnect is imported.
- State FIPS codes are populated when a flood certification is requested.
- Point sends payoffs when Initial Disclosures are requested from a Closing Documents vendor.
- Point detects invalid UAD files.

Document Storage:
- Custom forms are saved correctly when 'Store as one file' is selected when printing.
- Custom forms can be viewed without error when Microsoft Office 2007® is installed with the latest updates.
- Error Code -30 does not appear when storing multiple forms into Document Storage.
Reports:
- The description for "Other" loan type is populated into custom or default report when "Other" loan type is checked.
- When choosing to display report results in a pre-formatted Microsoft Excel® file, .xlsx files can be selected.
General updates:
- Corrected Banker>Shipping screen "Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset" section label.
- The correct field ID is displayed when Cntrl I is pressed in date fields.
- Cntrl D is not enabled for locked fields.
- When a report has not been saved Point can be closed without error.
- Switching from loan file to template occurs without error.
- Cash-to-close matches across borrower and co-borrower files when liabilities are marked "will be paid off".
- Corrected "Alt" shortcuts in the Borrower Information screen to select the correct menu items.

- Line 11 of the FHA 2003(k) Worksheet is blank for new files.
- DTI remains unchanged in the borrower file after changes are made to a scenario in the Anti-Steering Disclosure screen.

- Stacking orders can be copied without error in PointCentral.
- A more descriptive message is displayed when an invalid URL is entered while configuring Point for PointCentral.

Compliance Updates
Notice of Action Taken: The functionality of the Notice of Action Taken functionality has been extended to include Notice of Incomplete Application, Notice of Counter Offer, Notices of Withdrawn Application as well as Notice of Credit Denial.
GFE Service Provider List: With an improved user interface, the service provider list will be easier to generate.
Credit Score Disclosure: This new Credit Score disclosure conforms to the Risk-Based Pricing Rules that became effective in 2011.
Interface Updates
Fannie Mae EarlyCheck: Identify possible loan delivery issues earlier by electronically submitting them to EarlyCheck.
Accessibility and Ease-of-Use
The borrower information screen has been widened to take advantage of the screen width so more information can be displayed at one time with less popup screens needing data entry.
The 1003 has also been widened so there is less scrolling required to see all the data in the screen.
Pop-up dialog boxes for Multi-City Zip Codes have been added. If a zip code has multiple cities, a pop-up box will appear asking the user to choose a city. Point will then populate the city based on the users' choice.

v7.4 [Jul 19, 2011]
Truth-in-Lending: The new TIL reform requires the implementation of the interim rule effective January 30, 2011. The 7.4 TIL form has been changed to meet this latest mandate.
MLDS: The California Department of Real Estate recently designed new 882 & 883 forms that required updates to the screens and print-outs.
FHA/VA Addendum: Form 92900-A has been modified to capture information for sponsored originators. The fields required for FHA sponsored originations have been added to the screens so that the data can be edited.
FHA: The FHA Refinance of Borrowers in Negative Equity Position Certification (HUD-92918) has been added as a requirement of Section 1481(d) of the Dodd-Frank Act, which prohibits EESA mortgage assistance for borrowers with certain types of convictions within the last 10 years.
Privacy Policy Disclosure: Updated to meet the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act provisions of December 2009, the new form allows safe harbor for privacy disclosures made after January 1, 2011.
